Appointments

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are reserved for booked clients only to ensure a focused, personalized experience. Guests are not permitted.

Nymph’s Treasure is a service by Nymph & Roses LLC, registered in the state of Nevada.

Primary service location:

Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding areas including Henderson.

Nymph’s Treasure also travels throughout the United States for pop-ups, private bookings, and special events.

All services are provided by Nymph’s Treasure, a brand of Nymph & Roses LLC. Any references to Nymph’s Treasure include

Booking Policy

Appointments are recommended for studio services. Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability.

Deposits

Non-refundable deposits are required to secure appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final service total.

Deposit structure:

  • 1 guest: $25
  • 2 guests: $50
  • 3 guests: $75
  • 4 guests: $100
  • Custom Design Sessions: $100 deposit
  • Large groups (5+ guests), private events, brand collaborations, and seasonal experiences require a 50 percent deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time.

Deposits will remain on file and may be applied to a future booking if rescheduled within the cancellation window.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in deposit forfeiture.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

Future appointments may require full prepayment at the discretion of Nymph’s Treasure.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

If rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, the original deposit may be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and personal nature of permanent jewelry services, all sales are final once jewelry has been cut and welded.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered.

Chargeback Policy

By booking and purchasing services, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Nymph’s Treasure to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and further action if necessary.

Reweld Warranty

Nymph’s Treasure performs a quality inspection before clients leave their appointment.

If jewelry breaks at the weld point within 30 days, it will be rewelded at no charge.

After 30 days, reweld services are available for a $15 reweld fee.

The 30-day warranty only applies to weld integrity and does not cover:

  • lost jewelry
  • stretched chains
  • damage caused by pulling, snagging, or external force
  • lifestyle-related wear

Renewal Ritual Policy

The Renewal Ritual is designed to refresh previously welded permanent jewelry through careful removal, cleansing, and rewelding.

All pieces are assessed prior to service. While every step is performed with precision and care, Nymph’s Treasure is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing weaknesses, wear, or structural fragility.

Results may vary depending on material, age, and prior exposure. Certain signs of wear, including fine scratches or slight discoloration, may not be fully reversible.

This service is intended for previously welded permanent jewelry pieces. We reserve the right to decline servicing items that may not withstand the process.

For jewelry not originally applied by Nymph’s Treasure, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Rewelding performed during this service follows standard reweld policies.

Lost Jewelry Policy

Due to factors outside of our control such as lifestyle, work conditions, and environmental exposure, Nymph’s Treasure cannot offer replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost chains unless coverage applies through the optional jewelry protection plan.

Jewelry Protection Plan

Clients may purchase an optional 1-year jewelry protection plan which provides coverage for certain repairs or replacements under qualifying circumstances.

Full coverage details, eligibility, and claim procedures are provided separately at the time of purchase.

Permanent Jewelry Disclaimer

Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn continuously but is not indestructible.

Clients should understand:

  • Jewelry may break with excessive force.
  • Jewelry may need to be cut off for medical procedures or emergencies.
  • Lifestyle and environmental exposure can affect longevity.

Clients accept responsibility for the care and maintenance of their jewelry once it has been applied.

Age Policy

Clients under 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Nymph’s Treasure does not provide services for infants.

Metal Allergy Policy

Clients are responsible for disclosing any metal allergies or sensitivities prior to service.

Nymph’s Treasure is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities.

Studio Policy

To maintain a calm and safe environment for clients:

  • Appointments are for clients only
  • Children may only attend if they are receiving a service
  • Pets are not allowed in the studio due to building policies

Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Private Event Policy

Private events require a minimum booking of $500 with at least 5 guests.

Event Deposit

Private events require a 50 percent deposit to secure the booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new event date depending on availability.

Travel Fees

Travel is included within 10 miles of Las Vegas.

Additional travel fees apply:

  • 11–25 miles: $25
  • 26–50 miles: $50
  • 50+ miles: custom quote

Parking fees may apply if required by the venue.

Brand Collaboration Policy

Nymph’s Treasure selectively partners with brands, creators, venues, and organizations that align with the aesthetic, values, and client experience of the brand.

All collaboration inquiries must be submitted in advance and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Collaboration requests may include:

  • pop-up activations
  • retail partnerships
  • brand launches or promotional events
  • influencer or creator partnerships
  • corporate events

Approval of a collaboration is not guaranteed and is subject to availability, brand alignment, and operational considerations.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the following terms apply:

  • A minimum service spend or collaboration fee may be required depending on the scope of the event.
  • Travel fees may apply for off-site activations outside the Las Vegas area.
  • Any promotional use of the Nymph’s Treasure name, logo, or services must be approved in advance.
  • All collaborations must maintain the brand standards and service quality expected of Nymph’s Treasure.

Nymph’s Treasure reserves the right to decline partnerships that do not align with the brand’s values, client experience, or operational capacity.

Confirmed collaborations may require a written agreement outlining responsibilities, compensation, deliverables, and promotional rights.

Pop-Up Market Policy

Walk-ins are welcome at pop-up markets and events.

Pricing is intended to remain consistent across locations. However, pricing may vary slightly by location and is subject to change without notice.

Right to Refuse Service

Nymph’s Treasure reserves the right to refuse service to any client for safety, health, or behavioral reasons.

Service may be declined if:

  • a client appears intoxicated
  • a client behaves aggressively or disruptively
  • a client has a medical or skin condition that could make the service unsafe
  • safety procedures cannot be followed

Force Majeure Clause

Nymph’s Treasure is not responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • extreme weather
  • travel disruptions
  • venue closures
  • government restrictions

In these situations, appointments or events may be rescheduled.

Accessibility Statement
